The payment procedure:
The BG will be issued by world banks, and residue receiving bank is Shenzhen Development Bank Co. Ltd. The payment will be paid in advance before product loading.
1. SellerÆs Bank issues Bank Commitment Letter per Draft Text Annexure A attached.
2. BuyerÆs BG issuing Bank transmit message by SWIFT MT799 to SellerÆs Bank, on a Bank to Bank basis as per the sample text supplied (Refer Annexure C attached), issued by a world bank, Western European, UK or United States based, in text/format acceptable to the Seller and Sellers Bank.
3. Within three (3) international banking days of receipt by the SellerÆs Bank of the SWIFT MT799 message per Clause 2 above, to the complete satisfaction of the Seller and the SellerÆs Bank, SellerÆs Bank will transmit SWIFT MT760 message to BuyerÆs Bank that it is to issue 2% Performance Bond and Proof of Product, and SWIFT MT103 for the value equivalent of the Net refundable Cash (NRC) (as per Annexure E MT103/23) annexed hereto, subject to receiving BGs issued by or with an AVAL from (confirmed by) a world bank, Western European, UK or United States based or sellerÆs option and buyer agreed, for value equivalent of Twelve months supply of Product, and for any overpayment amount, within three (3) international banking days of Clearance per Clause 4 below.
4. Within three (3) international banking days of receipt by the BuyerÆs Bank of the SWIFT MT760 message per Clause 9 above, BuyerÆs Bank will deliver by SWIFT MT 760 said BGs issued by or with an AVAL from (confirmed by) a world bank, Western European, UK or United States based, to the SellerÆs Bank of the Contract, with a Face Value of US$18,000,000,000 Eighteen Billion United States Dollars), or any greater Face Value as the Buyer may elect. BGs and AVAL to be authenticated, verified and confirmed, Bank to Bank. SellerÆs Bank will advise BuyerÆs Bank within one (1) International Banking Day by Bank to Bank SWIFT of BGs and AVAL having been authenticated, verified and confirmed, and as being acceptable in terms of the Contract (referred to hereinafter as ôClearanceö).
5. Within three (3) international Banking days of Clearance of BGs per Clause 4 above, Sellers Bank shall issue SWIFT MT103 payment for Net Refundable Cash (NRC) to BuyerÆs designated banks per Annexure E MT103/23.
I want to be the seller side and get commision at least USD1.5/MT , and USD5/MT for buyer side in China.

My company is a registered oil company in Zimbabwe and has got a valid license to import petroleum products in Zimbabwe. I hereby apply for the supply of petroleum products on credit line terms and enter into a contract with your company where I will be paying for the supplied products after a stipulated period.
